Time to lose it

Hello my lovlies. Well firsty I just want to make this clear that the way I am
personally dieting is in no way unhealthy. I do not believe in starving yourself OR purging. So I will refuse to answer question on any of those subjects. I am a 16 year old girl who is desperately trying to lose weight while battling with her depression. I am following weight watchers, with my inspiration being the perfect size. I will hopefully be updating daily what i eat and my progress C:
